A hostess must be prayerful, diligent, and compassionate, serving with a heart of hospitality, empathy,

Responsibilities of the Hostesses Ministry

• Creating an atmosphere where all attendees and visitors can experience God's presence.

• Assisting guests and members by guiding them to their seats and providing information as needed.

• Ensuring the decorum of the service is maintained, reflecting the church’s values and traditions.

• Providing support to the Pastor by anticipating his needs and offering assistance during the service.

• Offering overall care and attention to the congregation, addressing any needs or concerns with kindness

• Maintaining security and safety by being vigilant and watchful throughout services and events.

• Assisting with special seating arrangements for visitors and church members.

• Helping with the smooth collection of tithes, offerings, and special gifts during services.

• Ensuring that the venue is properly arranged, and that parking is orderly and safe for all attendees.
