The Planning & Hospitality Ministry is dedicated to coordinating and executing various church events that foster spiritual growth, community engagement, and outreach. This ministry plays an essential role in organizing impactful experiences for church members and guests, ensuring that every event reflects the church’s mission of opportunities for connection, worship, and service. The planning committee is also the main fundraising arm of the church.

The Planning & Hospitality Ministry is committed to:

• Managing event logistics with excellence, ensuring all details are carefully planned and well-executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: Organize and manage church events such as conferences, retreats, workshops, social gatherings, and special services, ensuring all aspects are well-planned and aligned with the church’s goals.

• Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring that resources are used wisely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality for each event.

• Venue Selection and Setup: Coordinate with venues, set up event spaces, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are in place to create an inviting and functional atmosphere.

• Promotion and Communication: Work with the church’s media team to promote events through various channels, including social media, church bulletins, and announcements.

• Post-Event Evaluation: After each event, assess the success of the event, gather feedback from attendees, and identify areas for improvement to ensure future events are even more effective.
