The planning committee is also the main fundraising arm of the church.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination: Organize and manage church events such as conferences, retreats, workshops, social gatherings, and special services, ensuring all aspects are well-planned and aligned with the church’s goals.

Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring that resources are used wisely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality for each event.

Venue Selection and Setup: Coordinate with venues, set up event spaces, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are in place to create an inviting and functional atmosphere.

Promotion and Communication: Work with the church’s media team to promote events through various channels, including social media, church bulletins, and announcements.
